Olaf was born in Johannesburg a few decades back and decided some years ago to return to Africa. He traveled through several countries in Southern Africa in the last few years.
Olaf is an educated chef and provides our clients with excellent food even in the most remote areas. There is a combination of love for adventure and showing off what Southern Africa has got to offer which inspires the better known “Olliphante”.
Mark is a born and bred Captonian and in true Cape Town fashion likes to boast about Table Mountain, the Cape’s awesome beaches and arguably the best wine in the world.
A trip through Africa, along the west coast all the way to Europe opened up new horizons (literally) and gave Mark a new perspective of this unbelievable continent, we call Africa.
Julia has worked as a communication host in media and tourism, among other things. She has two children, one man and a cat. Her hobbies are family, friends and guests, nature, sports, yoga, hiking, art and reading.
Safari, travel and adventure are closest to her heart. Wine, cooking, braai in the garden are close seconds. Julia is a English and German-speaking tour guide in southern Africa.
A native of Cologne in Germany. Kirsten has over 25 years experience in the travel industry. She fell in love with Cape Town in 1996 when visiting South Africa for the first time. Being totally inspired by the beauty of the country and the friendliness of its citizens she decided to live here permanently.
This passion and knowledge combined with being part of the ASDIA team makes the perfect match to create beautiful itineraries. ASDIA is perfect for Kirsten to share her love and knowledge with travelers from all over the world.
